So Are you saying that you knew of a request from the FA?
If you have the resources why don't CTWD conduct a neutral poll today, why do you need any other group?

Fez, I asked questions and not one, not one single question ever gets fully answered straight. I point out mis leading posts and the barrage starts. You ask for facts, well mate ask away at your reps. You are a member of CTWD not me. It's your £2 on the line mate not mine.
It does seem odd to me Fez that you tear into Ricardo and analyse everyone of his words posted, but freely accept the mislead posts as simply errors. Read through my posts and find one that is clearly wrong about the name change and supporters trusts. You may believe that I have a hidden agenda, I declared my agenda, supporter involvement.

I've already posted that the first I knew of an FA request was PLT's post last night.

We obviously can't conduct a poll today, the match kicks off in a couple of hours, talk sense.

DMD I am not bitter about anything, I have always posted in the same manner. If a pro name changer gets something's wrong I will point it out and that may be why it looks like I am switching sides. As I keep saying I have my own position and it is actually simular to Ricardo's.

We offered co-operation with the OSC, they refused, as they are entitled to do.

As OLM said we had no idea that the FA asked the OSC to conduct a ballot today, if true. The postcards are a long standing part of our campaign and we have two home games to distribute them before our meeting with the FA so today was a natural opportunity to hand them out.

If I was organising a ballot today. I'd have ballot boxes with voting papers. Show the pass/ticket and you get to vote. I'd record the pass number/ticket number to stop people voting early and often. There would be one at each stand and Happy Tiger would be allowed to check the voting to make sure he was happy with the outcome.

A ballot is a serious business and it would be important to do it right.

A wasted effort, Happys too busy changing his name to Unhappy Tiger being all narkey driving north to watch Hull City AFC. <laugh>

I've seen you post something about possible fan ownership, which seemed loosely based on exiled's scenario, however that's sod all to do with the name change. I could have missed it, but I've see nothing concrete or constructive from you on that, just you pointing out some possible negative outcomes and ignoring replies that show they've been accounted for as far as possible.

Surely all you had to do was make CTWD open to season pass holders only. Then you could have had affiliate membership for others.
You have all the email addresses for CTWD members it would take little effort to get a list of pass holders from that. Can think why you wouldnt do that.

Would data protection and the club agree with that?

Do they really have a passion for the city and doing all they can to lift it and keep it up, or are they building a business (HCAFC) cashing in on our ( hopefully) high finish and then putting the club on the market to make a nice tidy profit.
They are after all shrewd business men who don't get as wealthy as they are chucking the cash about. Don't get me wrong, I think what they have and are doing for city is sensational and if not for them we could be in div 1 or 2 right now if they hadn't bailed us out

The sort of man who saved the club....appointed Steve Bruce...got us back in the premier league and is doing a great job to try and keep us up.

All hail Assem Allam long may he own the club.

<ok> You're certainly consistent! <laugh>

We knew that the OSC had been asked to submit evidence to the FA as they knew we had. We offered to make a joint submission with the OSC and the Southern Supporters. The OSC, as is their right rejected our offer.

We did not know that the FA had asked the OSC to conduct a ballot.

I hope that helps answer your question.

What rights would full members have?

What rights would affiliate members have?

Why should John Firth get associate membership and a top 6 pleasure seeker get full membership?

We are a one issue campaign why complicate the membership system?

How would we prove that a member was a season ticket holder without the help of the club?

Why would we ask potential members to include a photocopy of their pass in with their application form?

How many more reasons do you want?

I think we need to get to the bottom of this, Filey; is there any truth in rumour you like Allam? Come on,spit it out, don't be shy! :emoticon-0125-mmm:

You suggested that you had inside info regarding AA's interview with the Independent & when he gave the interview.

He did not give the interview a fortnight before it was printed as you continually insisted.

Your insistence, though convincing, was misleading & the information was totally wrong.

Then, like now, you were pretending to be ITK.

Could it have been that the OSC may have told the FA that they do not have the resources to conduct such a poll?

It could have, but it isn't. Resources is nothing to do with it. I was going to be part of that resource until I found out last night. It was all set to happen, now it isn't.

The OSC never refused to do the poll, I don't know where that idea has come from.

I can't understand why the FA would ask the OSC to poll everyone at a game, why wouldn't they ask the club to do it?

CTWD have asked AA to reconsider his decision to renege on a fan vote and we could organise one ourselves if that's what the FA want, though we're running out of time.

Same reason they asked CTWD to carry out consultation: they already know the club will say no. None of it would be necessary if the club were pepared to do it.

Happy is trying to twist it into something else as always but it's really as simple as this: The FA wanted the OSC to do a poll to be open to everyone attending today's game, this was all planned and ready to go. OSC politely asked the club's permission during the week expecting a yes answer. The club said no.

If it's possible for CTWD to do it, that'd be great. It'd have the same effect of course, but the club can't threaten you with anything to stop it happening.

Great times at KC.0-0 at half time against one of the worlds best teams.
Thank Dr A.
Great to hear a few people giving the lynch mob a word about showing a bit of gratitude to our owner rather than signing the flag.

Bless you PeePee, I'll acknowledge you exist.

Anyone abusing the flag bearers to defend Mr Allam really haven't a clue what the protest is about. I reckon they're more likely to be your imaginary friends.

I think many members of ctwd haven't a clue what it is about. If they think it is only about the name change they are going to be very disappointed(and possibly angry) when the co-op take over and prove the council can be out done for incompetence.

Everyone who has signed up for CTWD knows the organisation's short and longer term aims. It's written on the sign up page. Obviously, people with a problem with CTWD wouldn't know that.
