It used to look like he'd glued the ball to his feet for about 15 feet as he gracefully shuffled along on those little legs of his.

Then he'd trip over the ball or struggle to manage a four yard pass. Frustrating ****er.

He wasn't as bad as that mate.
He was one of our best players in recent years. Steeeeeeeeeeeeed<bubbly>

I suppose if you get a player like that with the end product then clubs like us wouldn't don't have them very long before they step up.

Yeah, I think Vergini needs developed as a CB, but that's the plan.

Roberge, fair play he's came from nowhere and is back in the mix, but a quick, athletic lad like Micah would be ideal for us.

I maintain a gifted player but, for some reason, he was an entertaining luxury for us who had little effect on the outcome of our games.

It shows how far we've come since then, I remember being amazed that we'd actually managed to sign Steed Malbranque, but now he'd be a squad rotation player at best.
 
I remember seeing Richards in a schoolboy international when he was a full back, would be an outstanding signing for either position as he could mix and match with Vergini and JOS finished at this season end, the defensive future is well covered.
 
Good bit of business this could be, maybe wages will be a sticking point.We'll see, fingers crossed.
 
Was an absolute lover of Richards ability years ago but have to be honest i haven't seen anything from him for years. I'd love him to sign based on what raw talent i saw years ago i would sign him but it would be a gamble on what he is like now.

Are Citeh selling us all these players (like Johnson, Pantillimon, Rodwell and now maybe Richards) to give themselves a better chance of winning against us for a change. Selling us their second 11 should give them a better chance of increasing their usual 1 point off us per season.
