With a remarkable lack of self-awareness, Younes Kaboul's given an interview where he says that, while Poch;s a great manager when you're on the pitch, off the pitch he's someone who goes behind the players' backs and slags them off.

This being the same Younes Kaboul who, with a small cabal of mates, went behind the manager's back and slagged him off to their teammates, and was promptly shown the door because of it.

At least he doesn't have to face such treatment any more, now that he's at Watford.
The 15 managers that they've had since he's joined just pretend that he doesn't exist, judging by his number of performances.

Do we know exactly what Kaboul, Lennon, Capoue etc did. Are you guestimating here, or has a clear version come out?

The most common version of events is Kaboul, Capoue and Adebayor all got narky at being dropped in favour of youth options and started mouthing off to Poch about how they shouldn't be dropped for his pet projects, only for Poch to simply show them the statistics from the season showing their replacements (Dier and Mason being the obvious ones) had far better stats for pass completion, tackles won, distance covered etc and, if they wanted to get back into the team, they should actually show they could match them

Judging by them rapidly achieving Unperson status, we can see how well that went, as only Lennon has been acknowledged as an ex-player since leaving.

Gus was right to say what he did he didn't want the player sold until a replacement was found and they went behind his back so deserved the rant.imagine if Poch turned up at a game and harry kane was sold without him knowing he definitely wouldn't be happy.

He does join a side whose top scorer is called Kevin Lasagna, though...

Ironically he joined Udinese just three weeks after they sold Emil Hallfredsson to Frosinone.

Don't mean this cruelly but some fans forget pretty quuckly...He was part of the Jol revolution in 2005 but was over shadowed by Davids, Carrick, Robbo, Lennon, Keane, Defoe, Ledley, Berbatov etc.

Always gave everything. Really like that he calls himself a fan.

Had a great chant too!
