But the name change issue is over. Why are you still using it as condemnation or justification. The protest is divisive, it's a continual reminder of the division in the club and a detraction from the support of the players on the pitch. Stopping that one chant at that specific time draws a line under the episode and we can all move on.

Why would anyone who promoted unity and reconciliation NOT be looked on in a preferable light? That makes no sense whatsoever.

You seriousy think that if CTWD told people to stop chanting City Till I Die, that they would? Not a chance. We've already stated that the campaign is over and they're not chanting it for our benefit, but many will carry on regardless(CTWD members and non CTWD members), as they're pissed off at a bloke ****ing with our heritage for absolutely no good reason. The fact is, that this won't stop until the name change nonsense stops and there's only one person who can draw a line under that one(and it literally is just one person).
