No idea, but he's easily worth a lot more than Brady, so if Brady is 8m, I wouldn't think Chester would be much less than 12-13m.
Maybe to us right now ( present value of future profits and all that), but not to any potential suitor I would suggest.
Not sure what you mean. We're holding out for 8m from Norwich for Brady. Chester is worth more to us right now than Brady, thus logic would suggest we would want more than 8m for him.

Brady has a different role. He moves forward more positively, yet sometimes struggles in his defensive responsibilities.
Their relative value to the team's plan to get promotion is unknown. Simply because we don't know Bruce's plan.
"Present value of future profit" in this case means who can (Brady or Chester) contribute more to gaining promotion.
We know what Brady's worth is according to Bruce. We don't know Chester's yet.
