“Such a **** feeling to let this guys down… life will test you and try to break you down, but it is always how you respond that matters… show what you are made off, thank you for your support tigers” - Ivor Pandur
Hope that admission doesn't come back to bite him...“Such a **** feeling to let this guys down… life will test you and try to break you down, but it is always how you respond that matters… show what you are made off, thank you for your support tigers” - Ivor Pandur

Didn't look bottom three when they tonked us three nowt at home.In the bottom 3 I think…
Tbf, as one or two others have said, you can see from Panda's footwork as their player was about to take the shot that Panda made a decision to set himself up for the shot going to his right. He had to make a choice and a split second decision but unfortunately chose the wrong way. Nothing he could then do when the shot was to his left.
Panda was at fault for an awful ball out. Hughes was badly at fault for backing off rather than immediately closing down their player, giving him the time and freedom to choose where to put the ball.
Both goals were pretty shocking defensively. Again.

But they are now…
Also nobody seems to have noticed Amir doing his best impression of a garden gnome, and not moving an inch to try and close down the guy who got the ball from Pandur's clearanceTbf, as one or two others have said, you can see from Panda's footwork as their player was about to take the shot that Panda made a decision to set himself up for the shot going to his right. Coyle, Hughes, Egan and Macca were our defence for large parts of last season.Still, good to see we've upgraded our defence from last season....

Remind me, how many assists did Macca get? And how many times did he get subbed off to save further embarrassment or a sending off? (btw, I didn't mind Macca - a very honest player and a decent back up, but never a LB other than in absolute emergencies).
Jones v Egan? Seemed like the manager preferred Egan, but not much to choose tbf.
Ajayi is a step up from both. Hopefully he can now stay fit.

No, hughes and ajayi for me. They played together in pre season and did well, as they did at Coventry. If they're both up to it fitness wise, Ajayi and Famewo as CB's on Saturday.
And at least one proper winger to start please, with either Coyle or Drameh as RB, not with one played as a square peg in a round hole elsewhere.
Fair enough. No, hughes and ajayi for me. They played together in pre season and did well, as they did at Coventry.
Egan and Hughes just dont look a partnership, it happens.
As for the wingers, Joseph will continue to start as he works his nads off and does well, whereas akintola looks poor and we all want Geldhart in the middle and not out wide.
Unfortunately, Belloumi, is out, Ndala is out and Miller has only just come back from a very long lay off and bad injury.
Tiger+, then hit browse, all games are in there, at least they usually are for me.is it just me, or is finding the extended highlights on tigers plus nigh on impossible?
ty...I did find it eventually...was trying to get it up on my not so fkn smart TV and it was full on winding me up!Tiger+, then hit browse, all games are in there, at least they usually are for me.

The pre-match piano music needs binning off immediately. There's no place for that in the build-up to a game. Also wasn't a fan of the new video package/music after it (and I think our video/media output has improved immensely since the change of ownership - it's levels above what we used to do) - this music was another bad choice. The whole thing with the sound mess ups once the players were out kinda set precedent for the first ten minutes of flat football that we produced.
I commented on Palmer last game and was questioned on here. I stand by what I said. I have no idea what he is doing anywhere near our starting 11. Drameh on the right just didn't work - he was constantly facing towards the ball rather than running onto anything and, several times, him and Coyle were running towards one another. Why we kept trying to go down the right-hand side made no sense as it never went anywhere.
I'm glad to see Joseph growing in confidence and having more of an impact on the game. He's working his arse off to get his season fully up and running.
Millar is a welcome return, most definitely.
McBurnie is the striker we've needed for years.
When's Crooks back?
The season is already leaps ahead of last. Even when we're bad, the games are still entertaining![]()
Unless I'm remembering incorrectly, Egan became the preferred choice?Egan had 8 starts, Jones had 37. Not sure anyone prefered Egan over Jones?
