They're called finings, often gelatine based but were traditionally seaweed based and that's still used in better quality products. Basically they promote sedimentation.
So you reposted what I said, now I've added some meat to the bones (excuse the pun) you accuse me of rewording what you posted.
i was on about steve toast's suggestion of having prem or higher league teams reserves playing in lower leagues. surely they'd have to play in div 4 otherwise they'd win every match? i just dont think its a good idea in every sense. it devalues the league they are playing in both in spirit and ...well everything. imagine if prem team united only have to win their last game to win the league and oops accidently fielded some ringers. and a lack of atmosphere. us playing b teams is not what i was on about.
Think he was talking about the youth teams as opposed to what used to be a reserves side with senior pros involved. You see in the Papa John's trophy with the prem youth sides involved they don't reach the later stages ahead of the L1 and L2 senior sides too often.
I was merely pointing out to another poster who was claiming that anyone showing concern was panicking unnecessarily, that Tim’s comments suggested that he was a little worried about the lack of players available to him at present.
I wonder if they're in total meltdown bleating about being relegated and their owner being a **** who's had weeks to sort it out
