It would be my dream job that to be honest, forget managing or anything else imagine finding a player that goes on to play for England or something? I think my coaching badges from the 90's have expired though now though so little chance, unless I can pretend to be another one of Ronald Koemans brothers or something
We need a campaign to get Burnsy and his mate out and decent commentators in, I mean really need- anybody abroad or relying on the radio can't listen to these goons and get a proper picture of whats going on because they talk absolute gash nearly all the time about anything apart from the game
Like i said, I did not hear him just was told earlier on today. Many are getting fed up of David Burns now.
You mean you got this info from someone else, didn't actually listen to comment directly, and don't even explain why from what you have been told Bit of a pointless post? What made it a disgrace?
I like Burns and Swan. On saturday it wasn't their best performance but I think they are good usually. I love when Burns asks Swan a question and Swan gives a definitive answer immediately. He doesn't hum and har or think about it. He just states his view.
I can stand Burns. At least he's knowledgeable about our players and what's going on at the club. Its Swan who's an absolute disgrace. He sounds illiterate (probably is) adds nothing in the way of insights, spends most of his time talking about his (and Burns) personal escapades (WHO CARES!!) and when HE was a player how they were all HARD MEN, and is a complete buffoon. Gareth Roberts is a good shout, Linton Brown did a good job. Please, please, for the sake of my sanity at least now I'm stuck with radio broadcasts for the next 40+ games, GET RID OF THIS CLOWN!!
I know I'm in the minority, but I'd like to see him play this season. I understand motivating him is the problem, but I think he could be useful.
I have heard enough of David Burns of late to accept what i was told. DB is not known as Mr Gloom and Doom for nothing. The whole RH sports team needs a massive revamp and shake up imo.
Reported in the Bleacher Report that Hull City are demanding €9m for Hernandez. This is the hold up. No one wants to pay that much and Hull are standing firm
Like Jelavic he wont have an option very soon. In fact maybe we could offer Jelavic to Brentford as part of the Gray deal. Maybe Jelly would like London better than Hull ?
I'd be quite happy to see Hernandez stay if the Gray talks fall through. He certainly has the technical ability and good speed. If we can bring in a CMF player such as Maloney or Britton or Whittingham who know how to play those through balls up the middle to open up defenses he could be a real threat. Meanwhile hold out for at least 9 mill. euros and if nobody takes him he and Akpom could be quite lethal given the right service.
