I actually don't think it did. It definitely didn't come over with Polly, it was ages before Polly came on here. I remember the thread, it's just a coincidence. Dovers told Carmine to meet him down at the linnet, and Carmine told him to come outside into the car park. That's how I remember it.
It didn't come over with Polly, but the Queens car park thing has been going on for years on CI and just morphed on here when lots of 606 and CI posters came together., one of them being Dovers obviously.
