In answer to your question;

I'm normally the reverse and against installing additional mods on a board, I tend to refuse request, more than agree, unless a mod is stepping down. However, i do try to apply a level of measured fairness and the Hull board being one of the more populated boards with a higher membership than most, had an imbalance in moderator numbers compared to others. I agree i would prefer to see less mods, but as a request came in to help out the current mods, I applied fairness and hence agreed the addition.

I work at a refinery, just outside Houston


Seriously thinking of jacking it in. Pay is great but they keep reducing my contracts.
I am out there for December, then back home again.
Then I'm not sure in the new year.
I'm hoping it picks back up again.
reduced from 3 months down to 3 weeks.
Travelling all that way for 3 weeks work?
not really worth it!
