Meanwhile in Division 2, Southampton lost 2-1 at home to bottom side Plymouth.

Sept 28th was a good day that season. And Feb 8th too!

People bang on about fixture lists being mucked about with these days but, during this 1963/64 season some weeks in the season had a game every day of the week except Sunday, Sept 9-14 6 days in a row.

Anyone here have a Virgin Media package, or at least the TV? I'm trying to free myself from the shackles of Sky, and I'm wondering how good the alternatives are. I had Virgin broadband at Uni and it was definitely the best I've had, so if the TV is just as good or better than Sky then I'm definitely making the switch.
