I don’t know, I just get that from a lot of people. Not many on here though in fairnessWhy would anyone want Walter to fail if he succeeds they succeed fans are happy.

There's a lot of assumptions around this whole situation and it's probably a mountain being made out of a molehill, but supposing the players really are annoyed about the workload: it's easy to say they should get on with it and on a surface level that makes sense. But we've been through this before. Phil Parkinson was disliked by the senior players particularly for the way he came in and went mad on fitness levels, loads of training, ice baths and stuff. The squad never bought into him or his methods and it all went to ****. I doubt many people looking back would say he was right and the players should've gone along with it.

I believe we have the option to buy him ..pending the investigation...
Seen a few on twitter say Baz went on a rant about half the players being unhappy. Cba to listen to it myself just yet
Sure, but my point is I suppose what length of ban would be required for us to not exercise it if we are in fact expecting him to be banned.
People just like to be right about things, particularly when it comes to football. There’s a feverish desire for some people to be the oracle on all things football. They need Walter to fail so they can say “me told you so”.
True, do just think there is such an air of hoping Walter fails. Don’t think Baz/Fletch are too different
Why would any actual City fan want him to fail ?
By definition if you did want that you wouldn't be a City fan would you ?

I don’t know…some value the ability to say they are correct based on an opinion they’ve formed in a short space of time. I’ve had a few already on twitter giving it the “told you so” based on pre seasonWhy would any actual City fan want him to fail ?

I’ve heard his wage demands were pretty ridiculous too considering he’s have been coming in as 4th choiceI'm genuinely curious to see how patient Acun is compared to City fans (both those showing patience and those showing impatience). We know he can get influenced by noisy social media commentary - latest example seemingly (yes I'm GUESSING) in relation to the non-signing of Cooper - and a desperation for exciting football.
It sounds like you were ahead of the curve compared to other 6 year olds.Phil Parkinson was arrogant in his methods but he was ahead of the curve and the modern game has vindicated him, in my opinion. He just didn’t have the experience or reputation at the time and the players simply didn’t buy into it.

It is worrying we have to think like that
All the things he tried to implement and bring into the club that the players hated are now common place and seen as run of the mill across pro clubs.
