To be fair (again) mate he isn’t popular on here :emoticon-0105-wink:. There’s a load of made up **** on both message boards and sometimes when something gets rolling it becomes reality to some. Hence why “monorail”keeps getting mentioned. I get both sides of the argument on here if I’m honest, if you have criticism of the club, you can air it, if you think all is rosy fair enough too. All should be without abuse and acceptance that opinions differ in every walk of life. Me of course I’m Mr Middleman, the purveyor of fine posts and producer of bullshit in equal measures.
Thank you

I thought you were a decent poster and have enjoyed previous correspondence but kind of seeing why you ain’t that popular otr so to speak.

Selling your best player for relevant peanuts ain’t good business. Some supporters it appears would have helped these owners decorate the BCB for the mags. Some need to open their eyes on how badly we are being run.
Give it a rest!!

How are we being badly run? All you keep mentioning is the BCB incident (which the club dealt with) and selling Clarke for a very good profit

So please let us know why you think we are badly run?

Browne n Poveda both had a lot of clubs after them but chose us. If we were so badly run why did jobe, Ballard n Rigg sign new deals? Previously hume, o9, Patterson, neil, Cirkin n roberts all signed new deals at this badly run club

What’s the score with the Croatian lad… some stories about him going to a German club… his reputation is impressive so hope we get him

I think that came off the back of him following them on Instagram yesterday.
Apparently his cousin has just signed for them so may explain the follow.

Sounds to me we will be playing him upfront with the mentions of him being a mobile forward and having a healthy goalscoring record

I'm not so sure mate. He will be in the front 3, but Speakman does go on to mention him playing in forward areas, which to me indicates he's flexible. He's scored goals at CF and LW. The good thing is, he gives us competition for Mayenda and Mundle.

https://www.safc.com/news/2024/august/23/Le-Bris-excited-to-work-with--versatile--Isidor/

Régis Le Bris believes Wilson Isidor will be a strong addition to his group following the forward’s switch to Wearside.

The 23-year-old arrived at the Stadium of Light from Zenit on a season-long loan, with a Club option of making the move permanent.

Speaking to safc.com, the Head Coach outlined the qualities that he believes Isidor possesses.

“Wilson is a versatile attacker who has the ability to play in many different positions,” Le Bris said.

“He is very good at running in behind as well as combining the play, so for us he will be very useful.

“I come from the same region of France as him, so we know each other even though I haven’t coached him before.

“I had the opportunity to work with him last season at Lorient, but in the end it wasn’t possible, so it’s nice to be working with him now at Sunderland.

“At the moment we have some good options, but Wilson’s profile is different, and he will be a good addition to the group.”

I came round to it a bit after reading the other day that RLB knows the player. Makes it feel like a signing he knows will fit into his system rather than an opportunistic signing that we’ve seen previously.

Our third highest player sale in the club's history
Really - how much were player assets worth when the current owner took charge and how much are the current squad worth now?
Maybe you should go back to RTG

Sounds like Jack Clarke's replacement
RR: So, in short... is he any good?
Timur: Wilson performs quite well when he plays in his natural position as a left winger. His strengths lie in simple dribbling and taking shots with his right foot.

However, Zenit often deployed him in different roles that didn’t suit his abilities, and this led to poor performances from Wilson.

Perhaps ott but some supporters need to open their eyes. :)

hopefully we can use the money wisely whatever our views on the sale
That works both ways, opening of eyes

You'd think everything was **** and a mess reading some posts from you and others. That's simply not true, happy to point out mistakes but unable to see the positives and praise them accordingly

Interesting, as in his interview with the club he says he’s a striker who can also play wide.

Either way he will offer versatility.

I think it was TC after an exchange

So there was only one person then, not half the board as he's implying.

The RTG people are always welcome but this one's arrived shouting the odds and telling people they're wrong.

None of us have a clue about the figures so no one's right or wrong.

Losing your head, over made up figures and guesswork, isn't a good look.

And as has been said the finances are none of our business unless we go out of business ...

... there's absolutely no chance of that happening with KLD here, you'd think people would be pleased.

No competent striker for 18 months, humiliating your support and selling your best player for relative peanuts. Aye great management that.
