You never answered any question you just kept saying 'keep the faith'.
Is it just not worth posting anymore on here? Its meant to be a forum where concerns are expressed, rumours are discussed, praise is rightly given and fans just having general chat about the club. Why does that get turned into 'flapping' or being 'vexed'? I'd understand if I was being dramatic or my concerns were unsubstantiated or weren't backed up my people within the game. It's ****ing pointless posting.

Anyway we should all be hopefully lifting a glass tonight to celebrate the search finally being over wether we’re happy with who it is or not!
Why should we know tonight? Have I missed somethingAnyway we should all be hopefully lifting a glass tonight to celebrate the search finally being over wether we’re happy with who it is or not!

Recruitment done by the person who is then sacked? Then a new DoF comes in and has to work with a coach they didn't select and players they didn't select, have to work on implementing their style of play with people they might not see fit to implement that style, be handed new players on long contracts which they might think are **** and want gone straight away. Is that not even more disruptive? My personal reason for thinking the current best option is for Speakman to go in September is because I think it would be too disruptive now. Need the season to be underway and recruitment done.

For me you either had to remove him last month or you give him the season.

You telling people they need to look at how they come across is laughable.Perhaps you might want to try looking at how you come across, just a thought.
You appear to keep putting yourself forward as a bit of a football expert and able to see what others can't ...
... then rowing with anyone who gets bored with your relentless hair-splitting.
You claimed I don't know about football but not everyone wants to spend time discussing hypothetical scenarios on which arguments are built. You seem to be an expert on every potential new manager but I suspect it's more through Googling than a true knowledge of European clubs.
You seem a bit wound up if you don't mind me saying.
That's fine, at least you can explain your thought process. No I don't think its more disruptive.
Sorry we disagree but we do...
If we believe he can get us up it's peanuts tbh ...
... if we don't we shouldn't even consider him.
On a different subject I think/hope/believe we'll soon have a boost on a totally different .
KLD has stuck to his word and tried to make the club sustainable. He hasn't ploughed his own money in but never said he would.
As I've said before the only alternative to 'sustainable' is unsustainable.
If KLD goes there are only two options. ...
... a new owner spending his own money or mortgaging the club, either means debt of one kind or another.
However, there's a question ... would you accept any owner providing they spent as you would wish?
That's fine, at least you can explain your thought process.
Their owner explained thus,
'Attacking, entertaining'
He followed that by keeping the Tigers in the hunt for a top-six finish until the final day of the 2023-24 season, when defeat at Plymouth Argyle ended any chance of them making the play-offs.
Asked to expand on how his ideas differed from those of Rosenior, Ilicali said: "I want offensive football. I want an attacking, entertaining team. I said it from the first minute I bought this club.
"I said I would rather lose 3-2 than have a boring 0-0. If you are counting the points and draw every game 0-0 you are going to get relegated. If you lose 3-2, it means you will win another game 4-1.
"My football brain is completely full of a successful and entertaining football style. Liam has a great philosophy but there are different styles of football in the world - Liam's direction can be successful but we want to see different things.
"It is not good for me to go to a coach and ask him to play a different way when he has a certain style of football."
I agree with the owner.
Realistically I'd rather watch a team play great football, and lose in the play-offs as we did at Luton ...
... than grind out results, like Luton, only to go up and be battered.
Give up marra, I've explained my opinion but he won't accept any other suggestions. No I don't think its more disruptive.
Sorry we disagree but we do...
Michael is right in KS however, it's not just that. The bigger issue is the structure he has imposed and the insisting of some to remain in key positions. That's been the bigger issue.
That said, I don't think we will have to wait much longer.
