The site someone quoted as a done deal was not the official website. Neither are Baz Cooper’s statements.

I work for Rover’s Community Trust, having moved over this way 6 years ago and part of my role involves working matchdays, so I’ve seen quite a bit of Armstrong and feel that he would be a very good loan signing for us.
