No trying to be a grammar brigade type, especially in this context, but the word "fulsome" is best avoided.

What's wrong with the grammar brigade?

Explain, 'cos I'm thick.
I wouldn't be too bothered if the FA boycotted Qatar. In fact, I'd support it. It's a farce that an autocratic monarchy with zero footballing history or culture, that relies on slave labour to build the infrastructure for the World Cup and has a shocking human rights record was given world football's biggest tournament in the first place.

You wait till the Office of Population Statistics get here.

Unfortunately, the same can't be said for the fans, who were a disgrace. Hundreds of wine bottles, vodka bottles and full cans were being thrown randomly down Wembley Way and outside the White Horse, families with little kids were under fire. At all the games there's been a load of lads outside the White Horse with flares and throwing balls and beer around, but they were only throwing them at each other and you could walk round them, but last night there was no way into the ground without going through them and there were hundreds of police just stood there doing nothing. They did little to help the stewards when they were overrun with people trying to get in without tickets either. The whole thing was chaotic, I expect we'll see some sort of alcohol restrictions brought in for future games and I suspect our 2030 World Cup bid is now dead in the water.

Sign it anyway, Evington. I didn't think twiceIf that said 'ban racists from life' I would have signed it.

I've signed it but I never really understood how effectively people can be banned from football.Sign it anyway, Evington. I didn't think twice![]()
True, but that's up to the authorities to deal with. As OLM said, the Police stood by and did nothing. That needs to change.I've signed it but I never really understood how effectively people can be banned from football.
The team did brilliantly.Well this team have really brought people together haven't they?
Point a camera at them and they'll soon take action.True, but that's up to the authorities to deal with. As OLM said, the Police stood by and did nothing. That needs to change.
