Been out tonight, had an Indian & a few beers including a King Cobra. It’s been a while but needed to break the cycle.

Then, as you do on a Saturday night, ... went & did a big shop. Why? It seemed a good idea when we left the restaurant.

Maybe not the best of timing as I have a 10k walk to do in the morning raising some much needed £££ for a local hospice before heading back over to the right side of the Pennines, early Monday, as my Old Man is finally getting home from his extended hospital stay.

Gearing up nicely for a good Christmas.

I don’t need an Indian meal to break a cycle, I do that as soon as I get on.
