Chicken cooked in lemon juice & ginger and parsley, will re heat later with the sauce and throw a few spinach leaves in there then eat, im waiting for the mrs to bring back the rice and haribos.

He should have made a nice light crab salad for starter, wilted the spinach and served with the chicken breast stuffed with the blue cheese and wrapped in Parma ham or bacon.

Yeh not a hard concept to understand bro, you half cook em and finish them when the rice gets here.

Never half cooked anything in my life. Anyway for sake of argument, I googled what you have done, the advice is as follows;

No, never brown or partially cook chicken to refrigerate and finish cooking later because any bacteria present would not have been destroyed. It is safe to partially pre-cook or microwave chicken immediately before transferring it to the hot grill to finish cooking.

Think you're taking half cooked to literally mate, plus that pic was 5 mins after they were in the pan not when I turned it off<laugh>
