You could probably make one piss easy, ice cream, (chocolate or vanilla I reckon maybe Ben and Jerrys cookie dough if your feeling special) horlicks, shot of coffee, a little milk, maybe a dribble of single cream to top it off.

Throw fuking Mars bar in there for good measure, crushed cadburys flake on top:emoticon-0125-mmm:

You know Spurly, it's crossed my mind. I think it's either a young man thing or an old man thing. I reckon I'll puff again but this is probably not the right time. And when I do I'll be chilling somewhere.

The Italians call it an Affogato, although no doubt @brb will be along to correct me. Expresso poured over a scoop of vanilla ice cream. Bloody lovely. HaagenDaaz ice cream cafes here do a great one.

Finely chopped the parsley spinach and coriander, onions garlic and ginger, put in a pot with butter and sweated.

Then added milk and clotted cream and cheese
    20200617_144819.jpg 20200617_145244.jpg 20200617_145302.jpg
Added the crab meat after a few mins. And more clotted cream

Thats turned off now and cooling, the Chicken is sitting in lemon and sugar at the mo, and will fry that up before serving on basmati with covered in the crab and spinach sawce.

He should have made a nice light crab salad for starter, wilted the spinach and served with the chicken breast stuffed with the blue cheese and wrapped in Parma ham or bacon.
