    Ooh nah man I don't do peanuts in any form, no nuts pass these lips bro, not allergic just hate the taste, almonds are the fuking worst cos they seem to be in everything.

    Although I have crushed peanuts in curry's sometimes but you can't taste em really and its more for texture. And I saw someone so it once.

    Anyways so you're saying honey jam and creme and butter?

    Yeh that's the thing, if you don't like peanuts or any nuts then it's a no go.

    I wouldn't do the jam or sugar tbh, the rest all works. I make that shake for breakfast sometimes.

    I put half a cup of ground rolled oats in as well. High carbs, protein keeps you going.

    Banana shakes is always a good call though. Like the idea of clotted cream <ok>

    Usually ill have vanilla ice cream in and its basically a mcdees shake. No creme tho

    I cant be drinking oats man fux wrong wit you<laugh>

    No mate I used to go to one of those fake american diner places and buy one <laugh>

    I see one every time I go Trafford Centre, brings back memories even though it weren't that one lol.
