He’s already blaming China for the existence of the disease. I posted an article earlier that predicted that he will blame the governors of the worst hit regions for not heeding his advice that this is very bad, real bad, the baddest thing that anyone can imagine, apart from him as he knew it was going to be so bad and tried to warn people about the baddity.

Orange Man bad though. Right?

He will do anything and everything to deflect it away from himself.

Whole villages wiped out? with a death rate of less than 5% they'd be ****ing unlucky.
Current death rates are only relevant to the number of tests done, they should be based on population since many hundreds of thousands have had the virus without being tested and survived.
Testing only has any use if you have a cure, if not then the only way to save people is to treat those showing and reacting to symptoms.

Read the article. It’s absolutely nailed on. Dissects his personality and flaws perfectly. First time in his life he can’t blame or pay off a person.

The body count could well do for him regarding a second term ... the democrats will be quick to highlight his early dismissal of the virus as a bit of a snotty nose from those commie yellow types ... combined with him ditching Obama care which might just have saved some of the poor ****ers who are catching this and have no health insurance ...

God bless our NHS <ok>

I know this is quite a morbid thing to say but a LOT of Trump's support is in the rural areas, the bible belt, the mid-west, the hillbilly backwaters. Whilst his democratic opponents will have their support in built up cities. Whose support is going to suffer more I wonder?

I can't be asked to read the article tbph, the man aint worth my time. Everyone can see for themselves unless they are blind what he's like.

His best hope now is to catch the virus, and die before it all catches with him

yeah, I said something similar yesterday, China's death rate is probably the most accurate as they went on a massive testing spree so the peopel with no symptoms probably got tested, unlike here. I just went for the safe high figure that still shows that saying regions will be wiped out is a bit silly, it's not the black death.

Apparently if you’re self employed and earn over 50k per annum you get no govt support. Anyone know if that’s correct?

Or perhaps when the NHS beats the virus they could dedicate the victory to Liverpool FC because of their outstanding dedication to put everyone else first in this time of crisis
Here's them paying their respects to their title winning season

I read earlier on the BBC news page that the new package was for self-employed people earning up to £50k. It didn't say what happens to people earning more than that.

Maybe the 80% £2500 limit is a maximum which equates to the £50k and you don't get any more than that.

Btw the self-employed can claim that amount and continue to earn money.

The NHS will have to before a ball is kicked.

He's become so desperate he can't see how pathetic he sounds.

A friend mine says he’s looked into it and gets nothing. He makes a bit over 50k and with no income he’s ****ed. Presumably it’s an error because the treasury has had to rush these policies through. I’m certainly not going to criticise the Chancellor. There’s a reason why karma kicked in a few weeks ago.

My understanding was the same as your friend, if you made over 50k you get nothing, although I think that was based on an average of three years. Although if you don't have evidence of three years, it will be based on the evidence of what you can supply. It seems odd to me, because generally benefits is not based on past earnings but savings. So if you had over £16k in savings you get nothing. Then between £6k - £16k you lose a certain amount based on some sort of percentage of every £100 over the £6k I think.

does it entitle you to a place in a fall-out shelter?
It's already like the film 28 days later.

Must have seen less than a dozen cars, on the 7 mile journey home tonight.

Unlike heading to work, it was packed everywhere..A bit off sun, and out they come.
