Yep . . . . it's lunch time, and I really fancy a pie now instead of these sarnies![]()

Never thought ! Aye, perhaps a bit insensitive ! But remember, you can still have an occasional pie and enjoy it - just remember to adjust its fat and calories FROM your daily allowance , don't add them to it.
Lucky you I’ve been fighting it all my lifeMy sarnies were lovely, Vince, and they seem like a much better option than yours . . . . mind I'm not, and never have been, on a diet![]()
bed sports mate works every time, unless you just lay on your back, you can shed loads if your enthusiastic about it.Lucky you I’ve been fighting it all my life
However when younger and fitter I was ok
But still had to be sensible
Now I’m older and less mobile I have to watch the beer and fats
I eat plenty fruit and veg keep of the pies and beers
Never the less I still have the occasional drinks and of course when on holiday it becomes realy more difficult
But I’m happy to say

Yeh been for another long walk today
About 4 miles tuff but it has to be done
Our lass got a Pomeranian and now does 6 miles a day with her she’s getting fitter every daySuch a simple yet useful thing mate. Walking and swimming both great.
Doesn’t matter what you eat, short of starvation, if you don’t exercise you’ll not get much off.

Yeh I know but with these problems I can only manage walkingSuch a simple yet useful thing mate. Walking and swimming both great.

I couldn't imagine life without a dog. They're the best mates you'll ever have.My dad was piling it on after he retired mate, he got a dog, he’s never in the house always out with the pooch, weights flown off and he looks 10 year younger, and he’s happier all round.
Really true that they are mans best friend, in many ways.
I couldn't imagine life without a dog. They're the best mates you'll ever have.
I struggle to put weight on and it's probably because I walk at least 10 miles every day with the dog. I've always been on the thin side and I'm not ashamed to say I even bashed steroids and the gym heavily at one point because it was getting me down. Folk think weight issues only go one way. They don't.
As I get older I'm starting to find myself a lot less self conscious and giving a **** like.
I'm sorry to read that, mate. They're more than just a dog or just a pet. We end up loving them like a child, don't we. They become a part of the family.I'm without a dog currently after mine passed away before Christmas and it's pretty rough. I want to get another but the timing isn't great just now unfortunately.
I know what you mean about the weight issue, I've been lifting weights for about fifteen years and I never believe it when people tell me how big I am because I don't really see it. Body dysmorphia my wife calls it.
