I agree but McBurnie or Joff had better chances to score. Penalties, especiall Wrexham's, were good.

Rest assured, there's not many teams who can do that....Snatch defeat from the jaws of victory....Even at 3-1 up its never over with City until the fat lady sings. Been like it for more years than I care to admit. Probably be the same for the next fifty.

Great game...great performance until subs...lots to be happy about despite loss

I think this was a big factor too, said to my uncle, all the subs just ****ed around with the team too much. Shame he didn’t sub out keeper, but at least we’ve found out early doors that he’s utter bollocks.

I don't think he's particularly good, but I wouldn't say Phillips was at fault for either goal, Hughes and Famewo both out jumped, neither were keepers to come and claim for me. Did ask during pen shootout if he had holes in his gloves tho....

He was really slow at getting down though

Not too fussed with the ending really. We won the game with some good football. Then we make some pre season friendly subs that let them back in.

This is why we shouldn't have loaned out TLT, absolutely pointless letting him go and bringing in Phillips.

We showed Owen Foster the door and he got snapped up by Middlesbrough. A local kid who wanted to play for City and do well. The logic of letting him go, then bring in someone else who isn't any better is, frankly, mind boggling. Only, my beloved, HCAFC can shoot themselves in the foot, over and over again.
