There are no limits to how many loan players you have e in the EFL, only to how many in each match day squad (5).
We could absolutely have 2 more loans, and more if we want.

Yes very true, but having 6 and needing to leave one out if all fit isn't great
Would be pointless having more than 5 though, no point paying wages to a player you have to leave out the squad
But you might not need all 6 every match day.

Thing is the loans we are looking at, the parent clubs will expect them to play.
I can't see us able to bring loans in that won't even be in the match day squad.
So although we can bring as many as we want I'm sure we will only use the 5 that will be in the squad.
Otherwise what's the point of bringing them in
I guarantee we ain’t guaranteeing anyone we bring in on loan games, given the quality of our own players.
No way are we saying to clubs that folk are nailed on in place of our own players.
