It's going to be weird having deadline day coming to a close whilst we are still playing next week.

I think some underestimate the impact Mayenda has had this season. To me he has been excellent. 4 goals, 5 assists in 15 starts, from 3 different positions. For a 19 year old that is excellent. We dont need him sat on the bench for the second half of the season tbh. Isidor 8 goals, no assists, in 22. Is Isidor that much better? Kind of why I think we need an extra player to really make that number 9 a really strong part of our team.

If it turns out to be Semih then stand by your beds. He is next level altogether imo.

For me the takeaway there isn't that Mayenda should replace Isidor but that he should replace Roberts on the RW. He's an effective player, strong, fast, links up well.

I don't see him on the wing long term but I firmly believe he'd do a better job there than Roberts.

Some PL club will pay to have him in the bench and fill the English quota

He is overweight. He is slow of his line and struggles to get down low consistently. His kicking is **** and doesn't command his box. Their first goal yday, he was like an old man trying to close the angle.

There were a number of times yesterday where he should have been out and claimed it, and didnt, its unsettling the defence

I have always been a massive fan.

Remember him playing against us for Fulham as a basic child and being blown away, was year or 2 before he went Spurs and he was sensational.

Tracked him that whole season and was convinced he was going to be England regular.

Injuries slowed him at Spurs and Fulham really have so much in terms of options, I believe he’s fit just not getting a game.

I’d be all for him. If we could get 70% of that breakthrough season back, we’d go up.

Was legitimately one of the most ‘wow’ performances I’ve ever seen from a young lad that day. Could we ‘Danny Rose’ him?

Also, can play both sides and cover Cirks. You’d think potentially be a really massive impact signing.
