No leader on or off the pitch....I would think very few, if any. Based on their performances this season who in the Championship would want them? The players are not going to want to move to lower leagues and lose their current wages. Only chance we have of a clear out is those players out of contract at the end of the season.
I accept Walters was a poor manager but we were really sold some poor players and I have seen nothing to suggest they may come good. Durban and his beauty team need to go. They did nothing at stoke and so far have done nothing here.
I understand we are without 2 of our top players and the missing link or should that be Sink but even with them we are still shipping too many soft goals and there is a lack of leadership on the pitch.
does anyone think we have any semblance of a leader on the pitch?
The Evan Ferguson valued at about £40 million.... that one...?...lolIf we can free up some loan slots, someone like Evan Ferguson at Brighton would be a good target. He’s not had much game time this season but knows how to score.
I genuinely think we should just raid Reading and see what they can do under him. Get him to ruffle heads and see if he can somehow convince them to come here. I see nothing else we can do.
Above or below Humber Prem we need to know?Unfortunately, he struggles in the Peruvian league which is probably one of the weakest leagues in South America. Never understood that signing when it came through.
Yup. Unless we can shift 40% of the squad we are knackered. It's evident for those who want to look at it with realism. This isn't down to Tim or Selles, the man responsible was sacked before Tim.Hear ye, hear ye, the end of the world is nigh.

You’re blaming Rosie, who finished 7th last season, for us now being bottom of the league?

I'm talking about Tan. Acun knows he has signed players that Tim didn't want and can't play at the level. The dodge pot has left us in this situation and Selles hasn't got a hope in hell of bringing in enough quality to stay up on the last two performances. You’re blaming Rosie, who finished 7th last season, for us now being bottom of the league?

I thought it would be obvious I wasn't blaming a guy who finished 7th with a squad that has pretty much all left. Kesler did a job on us the same as a lot of greedy people do in football.Or he might be blaming Kesler. That’s how I read it at first.

I backed Giles but it was evident today he doesn't care. He defends like he is trying to avoid getting injured. I've never met a defender who plays like that.
I've given him the benefit of the doubt due to not being involved enough but watching him twice back to back is enough for me to give up on him. I'm sure Tim felt the same. Will be interesting if Ruban keeps trying to get a tune out of him.Very good
I’ve tried to think of a way of describing Giles’ play and that’s it
Closes down but not close enough to block or get hurt

I doubt he willI've given him the benefit of the doubt due to not being involved enough but watching him twice back to back is enough for me to give up on him. I'm sure Tim felt the same. Will be interesting if Ruban keeps trying to get a tune out of him.
He needs to be out the door in January and the money used on another player, one who is gonna put the effort in.I've given him the benefit of the doubt due to not being involved enough but watching him twice back to back is enough for me to give up on him. Why? Acun was busy with fener all summerIf Tan was responsible for all our signings, then Acun is even more clueless than I thought.
He was in charge of the club. Owners generally trust the CEO to make signings and would only get involved if really needed. You think he has time to deal with the amount of agents a CEO speaks to?If Tan was responsible for all our signings, then Acun is even more clueless than I thought.
