Marsch kept us up last season. We were in a far worse situation than now. We’re getting battered in nearly every game, half a squad injured and a subs bench full of kids that ultimately didn’t make it. He now has a full squad to pick from and one that is a long way ahead of last seasons. Won’t make any sense if Marsch can’t repeat his heroics

Leeds survived last season in spite of Marsch, not because of him ... players decided to buck the system and go wide ... two key games: Wolves 3-2 win came because Leeds went wide, with Ayling overlapping and causing mayhem: Brentford 2-1 win was all about Harrison and Raphinha out wide, pinning their full backs deep and causing Brentford to have less out balls to launch counter attacks .. fixed it for you

Agree we have a better squad, but Marsch hasn't any heroics to repeat yet ... he's got us into this mess, he's got Leeds 1 point off relegation, he needs to fix his mess first then he can go and do the hero things ... with the players we have now, Marsch should easily get Leeds to safety

If we do survive it will be because of the players' will, determination and talent, not because of the narrow ball tactics

We don't play narrow.

Overlapping fullbacks are part of the marsch philosophy. 'Wingers narrow/inverted', fullbacks wide. Genuine question - do you have inside knowledge from the dressing room Billy on whether player's have bucked the system or whether they've been instructed to play a certain way? You've mentioned us being saved by player's going off-piste a few times.

It was definitely a she, can't recall much beyond that. I doubt it was her cup final to be honest. More of a papa john 1st round away at Rochdale type event.
<laugh> Made me laugh that. Had one in Darlington once that was quite hard to distinguish until her old man came downstairs and then the situation became crystal clear <yikes>
