… striker had moved down the pecking order with rod’s form and paddy finally fit, though I guess there’s an argument that you can’t have too many attacking options.

It feels like rutter was an investment decision rather than a footballing one for the here and now but let’s see how he does.

7/10 sounds about right. Still a Big improvement on the 1/10 of the previous januarys… and the jka January which would need a new scale.

 

On paper it looks good, I share the criticism of no specialist left back and the centre half is for the U21s so I’ll reserve judgement and score out of ten until I see how we play and whether results improve. But full congratulations to the board on backing the coach.

Buzzing with McKennie he's everything a Leeds fan wants as well as being a very good player. 100% man who won't shirk a tackle he's no mug watch a lot of Italian games and I like him a lot. the fans will take to him straight away I'm sure Wober looks better than we have which is a positive. Georginio can't say I know him very well but looks to have something about him. as on the young CB I can honestly say I know nothing about him but I trust the club in their recruitment. Great news on Joffy and Drameh it's something they need and are at decent clubs to showcase themselves in which they need to do now for 90 mins week in week out.
Llorente very clever move from the club kept his value with the new contract and if we get anywhere near the £18m as touted even better news.
If this side doesn't stay up if kept fit only one man to blame.
Still would of liked a LB but Struijk,Wober,Firpo have that chance to make a name of themselves.
Bamford and Sinisterra fit is another boost especially with Bammers looking sharp time to climb that table.

The one thing this transfer window has quietly done, it has eased the discontent towards Jesse. That along with a cup run and it’s been a pleasant distraction from no wins in 5 in the league and 1 point above the drop zone.

On the other hand, after the support he has been given, there will be no place to hide if we slip up against Forest. There are huge expectations on the team now and very few would argue against this squad being one that is good enough for at least mid table.
