Apart from Djokovic.Murray is a tough as teak match player, I would back him against anyone in the final set of any 5 set match.

I'd still back Murray in 5 sets now that he has got Lendl coaching him.
I think you are underestimating how good a player Tsonga is. Murray completely overwhelmed him in the second set but then Tsonga found the strength of character that he found in his previous match to fight back. Murray was being the ultimate professional, knowing that if he kept working Tsonga from side to side his strength would fail in the end, and so it proved. For me, Murray sometimes plays things "too safely", as in he's happy to knock the ball back and forth and wait for his opponent to make an unforced error, or go into meltdown.
The lesser players will often fall into that trap, although for long periods, yesterday, Tsonga looked as though he was rising to the occasion, regularly finding the corners and the sideline.
If he plays like that against Federer, assuming they both make the final, my money would be on Federer.
Just my opinion, but he needs to go for his shots, as Cilic did, before Federer turned his game around.
