2 sets all (or 2 sets each as Inverdale would say).

Seems like Tsonga is really going for his shots, hitting the corners and lines, whereas Andy is being a touch conservative and not stretching Tsonga enough.

Tsonga wins 2 sets to bring it back to 2-2, then loses last set 6-1. Funny old game.

How fit you have to be to play tennis. Murray can still do terrific sprints after 4 hours.

Murray is a tough as teak match player, I would back him against anyone in the final set of any 5 set match.

Phew - well played Andy. And hard lines, Wales. My son and his pal were at the game with their kilts on - it`ll still be some party tonight !

I'd still back Murray in 5 sets now that he has got Lendl coaching him.

Both women's SFs went largely as expected, I'd say. And I'm expecting the same again tomorrow.

For me, Murray sometimes plays things "too safely", as in he's happy to knock the ball back and forth and wait for his opponent to make an unforced error, or go into meltdown.
The lesser players will often fall into that trap, although for long periods, yesterday, Tsonga looked as though he was rising to the occasion, regularly finding the corners and the sideline.
If he plays like that against Federer, assuming they both make the final, my money would be on Federer.
Just my opinion, but he needs to go for his shots, as Cilic did, before Federer turned his game around.

I think you are underestimating how good a player Tsonga is. Murray completely overwhelmed him in the second set but then Tsonga found the strength of character that he found in his previous match to fight back. Murray was being the ultimate professional, knowing that if he kept working Tsonga from side to side his strength would fail in the end, and so it proved.

It'll be easy for Murray; Federer wears an old man's cardigan.... if he puts a pair of slippers on too, well... :)

Most players lose if they try and engage Murray in a long rally, so can hardly blame Murray for resorting to that. His athleticism is his major weapon.

I would never underestimate Tsonga, I've enjoyed watching him for years for his skill, enthusiasm and athleticism.
As I have already said, Tsonga was really going for the winners, and one of the reasons he was able to do so was because, for long periods of the match, he was being allowed to return shots from positions of perfect balance, as a result of so many of Murray's shots being too central. He wasn't being taken out of his comfort zone, which is why he was able to comeback.
    It's all about opinions.

Roanic took the first set...was hoping for Federer to get beaten to help Murray, but that may be the wrong choice. Federer has looked vulnerable this year, whereas Roanic is looking good.
