Since when did we start caring about the American constitution on here. I disagree about former presidents not presenting a clear and present danger. They still have a voice, they are still present and rubbing shoulders with the likes of Biden, evident at the inauguration. Trump has no influence in that fold. We showed them in Iraq eh Tony, yes George, we need to get the troops back out there though, that's ok Tony, Joe's a good sort, I'm working on him.

 

Most US citizens couldn’t point to Nicaragua or Chile on a map, never mind Iraq, Syria or Afghanistan. So realistically, the chances of a US President getting held to account for abusing international law in those places is zero.

Biden could declare war on the Czech Republic, and most people in the States would assume he probably meant Cuba, and not be all that bothered. When the Rule of Law is blatantly abused in Washington though, it gets taken a bit more seriously.

You contradict yourself, it was me that was claiming how the American constitution was rotten at the core, and I gave Bush and Pelosi as clear examples. I've even said it's correct that Trump should be impeached. My expressed thoughts were maybe we should be looking closer at the chair of the house on Capitol Hill.
