I did wonder that but this is America where anything can happen

Half a dozen or so cops go down on minor charges and it looks as if they are cleaning up their act

And he goes into a witness protection programme?

On a side note, if he goes into prison for any period he's getting a free sex change , bare minimum.

Third degree murder for me ... a reckless disregard for human life ...

... and on the carbon monoxide point ... if the gas was at such lethal levels how come Chauvin was completely unaffected by the emissions? ... despite his head being no more then 3 feet above GF? ... maybe because he didn't have 13 stone of weight crushing his windpipe? ... just a thought ... but if the prosecutors don't mention that in summation they should be sued for incompetence by GF's family ...

The prosecution can prove that the carbon monoxide is a load of bolloxs, just couldn't be arsed to type it up yesterday. Dr Tobin who was probably the most vital witness for the prosecution, contacted them by telephone Wednesday evening.

Dr. Tobin had heard Dr Fowler's claims from the trial that day. So Tobin revealed there is proof on file that he had seen, that gave the blood analysis and stuff about oxygen, I can't give details, because it's all medical termed stuff.

So the prosecution wanted to present the new evidence to the Jury, but the Judge would not allow it and threatened it would be a mis-trial if anyone so much as mentioned it.

However, Tobin was allowed to retake the stand to chat about some environmental aspects - it was actually a bad move by the prosecution, because Tobin slipped up once, and it immediately got shut down, after that it was a case of get Tobin off the stand otherwise he's going to drop a massive turd.

The reason the judge will not allow the new evidence is because ALL medical evidence was requested for the trial, so the judge was fuming to find not all medical evidence had been presented, and this would now prejudice the case.

So in short it was a total fook up by the state and medical examiners, that nearly saw the trial thrown out.

Oh and in regards to Chauvin being next to the exhaust all this was covered when first presented by Dr Fowler, I just can't remember the reasoning given.

just a quick question.

why people on here love this kind of case, yet don't ever mention other things going on in the world?

during this case, the likes of Burma (yes i still call it that) has see lots of killings.

so what's the attraction about a black man in the USA?

CourtTV bro, it's a channel on freesat.

I'm hoping to see the Maxwell girl (not the coffee) on it later in the year, when she drops Andy in it.

Strange question, there are only 24 hours in the day, it would be humanly impossible to watch every event in the World that unfolds every second life passes on this planet.

But to answer the question, as Bobby said I get it live, it's got it's own dedicated channel on TV, where the trial of George Floyd is shown 24/7 - It shows everything live, then they just rerun all the other hours of the day and weekends.

I'm hoping they show the Maxwell woman trial to, so I can see her drop Andy in it.

Anyway, several reasons I watch it, I've sat on a couple of Jury's, and it's interesting watching justice in progress, and the different angles that lawyers, cops, witnesses and medical professionals spin on it.

As for other things in the World, I often watch the SKY News dcoumentary hours (sometimes 2 hours) that they make. Generally war torn places and they are the only media that have got into the area.

Come to think of it they did (SKY) run one on Burma, and I watched it.

The Mars mission has got me back interested in some of the space exploration, so also watch some of that on YouTube.
