Yeah, apparently there is similar talk in some States, about not having police stop motorists for minor traffic offences, which can be dealt with by CCTV recording the offence, then sending a fine straight to the motorist's address.

But what does that say about the confidence State authorities have in the relationship between the police and the public?

Its like that here, there's just posts dotted all over that immediately charge you a congestion charge for drivinge through and give you a fine for speeding.

Just reads uses your national ID number and the fine is autosent

A good source of revenue for local government too, I suppose. They won't want to give that up in a hurry.

Pretty much exactly what its for, theyre on every county border for local government use.

Its highly controversial, mostly because everytime the Gov say, "no more bompenger!" They introduce even more <laugh>

Judge not happy. Prosecution want to present new carbon monoxide evidence, that was taken at the time but not presented, despite asking for ALL George Floyd's records. They gained the evidence last night, judge is like wtf!

Defence trying to prevent the new evidence coming forward, stating it is prejudicial.

Judge is fuming, and will not allow the new evidence, stating the state had plenty of opportunity to bring this forward. They claim the evidence has only just been found, and the judge says they need to look at their procedures because they were asked to produce everything.

The judge has gone on to say, if anyone says anything and the jury find out about this new evidence, he will call a mis-trial!

OH NO! The witness just said, what the judge said to the prosecution that he wasn't allowed to say.

Dr. Tobin has been recalled and could blow Chauvin out of the water, but the prosecution are now allowed to present the evidence. It's all to do with George's blood and carbon monoxide levels on file, which contradicts what the defence's Dr Fowler said yesterday. However, they can still ask Tobin other questions, but it's difficult because if one wrong word is said by the witness, then it's a mis-trial. The Jury will not understand what is going on, but surely must sense it's of importance. I feel sorry for Dr. Tobin, because he will get all the shhite if he speaks out of turn, this is a massive risk by the state.

"If the glove don't fit, you must acquit."

We need one of them types of lawyer on the case today I think.
