has no legal consequence. none unless it can be proved the FBI knowingly presented false information as true.

Then there is FBI agents Peter Strzok and Lisa Page and the text messages, including talking about an insurance policy if Hillary doesn't win, and tons of anti Trump comments.

Peter Strzok and Jim Rybicki are the people who changed the determination against Hillary over the emails from criminal to non criminal.

Peter Strzok was also on Meuller's investigation into the "collusion" until the texts appeared and Meuller fired him


Now to Trump and the "Russian hacks"
Crowdstrike and FusionGPS, are a joke, two sham companies. Their stories are nonsense and dissolve under even minimal chronological and technical analysis.


Crowdstrike was hooked on a Nigerian scam operation and FusionGPS was just fabricating plain and simple, they (FusionGPS) produced the Steele dossier for the Clintons.

Bruce G. Ohr was at DOJ the associate deputy attorney general
He did not disclose that he met people who would later produce the Dossier, Bruce has been demoted.
Interesting still, Bruce G. Ohr's wife worked for the opposition research firm that produced the research, last year. She was paid by Fusion GPS through the summer and fall of 2016
There is two connections between Obama's DOJ and FusionGPS

Then lets not forget someone at the FBI leaked that Bill Clinton met with DOJ Loretta Lynch on Clinton's plane, shortly before Hillary is cleared.

All of these same people almost are involved in the Russia cack.

The FISA court seems to have been lied to by the Obama administration going by the FISA memos.
All relevant information must be provided by the government when seeking a warrant, even if it is good for the target of the warrant's case.
New cause must be given every 90 days for renewal

According to the Memos released, the courts were fed half truths and in the case of the steele dossier, complete lies both within the document and the fact that the required second source of info (a yahoo news story about same was used) but that second source was actually Steele himself, who gave it to yahoo News as anonymous.

Also the FISA court was not told it was unverified oppo research, and that some of it came from Foreign state entities, two things the court absolutely should have been told.

This is not just about the FBI, and it was only a handful of people at the FBI, this is pretty much worse than watergate if it is what it looks like. Obama admin, DOJ FBI Hillary Democrats all seeking to attack the political opposition, using the state organs to do it in a criminal at worst illegal at best,

Interesting, by the 4th FISA renewal application the FBI had fired Steele for lying and knew they couldn't verify dossier.

As it turns out the FBI never told the FISA court the document was unverified and in part proven false.

Obama State department spokesperson Marie Harf claimed in July 2017 the Steele dossier was definitely NOT used to obtain a FISA warrant, another patent falsehood from the Obama administration.

What you think of the orange moron is a separate matter, what is apparent now is Obama used the state organs to attack political opponents of the Democrat party.

b) ill feeling to EU stoked by decades of murdoch style reporting on bendy bananas and the pounds and ounces being removed.
