Yes the prick was intentional

I make my own Muesli/Granola which is ****ing ace. Gluten free, sugar free (no fruit). It's expensive to make compared to supermarket muckno its not.
eat porridge if you are of a mind to have a cereal
this is the same thing as the funny kind of breads and strange attitudes toward gluten or this thing or that thing that's a super food.
This stuff is mixed up with sugar laden fruits etc and really its just plain stupidity.

Lahm retiring at end of season. Top full back and all round footballer.
Played in an unfashionable position really, but class act.

I make enough to last a week or so. Dry ingredients ~ ground almonds, dess.coconut, almond flakes, coconut chips, various seeds inc. pumpkin
sunflower and sesame, various nuts etc. I also add some milled flax and sometimes some hemp protein or something similar. Pinch of salt.
Wet ingredients ~ Coconut oil and nut butter (you can also add honey or maple syrup or agave syrup for a sweeter taste)
Mix the lot together then onto a baking tray or similar with some grease proof paper. Leave to cool.
