A hot croissant is not a continental breakfast. a continental ****fast is bread and cheeses and cold slices, museli and the like.

this is the same thing as the funny kind of breads and strange attitudes toward gluten or this thing or that thing that's a super food.
This stuff is mixed up with sugar laden fruits etc and really its just plain stupidity.
I like Alpen. Yet to find another Muesli I can eat. But I never buy the stuff. Always had Alpen when there's nothing else to prick.
