I make my own Muesli/Granola which is ****ing ace. Gluten free, sugar free (no fruit). It's expensive to make compared to supermarket muck
but it tastes great and is really good for me. I can make it close to 100% organic too. <ok>

Lahm retiring at end of season. Top full back and all round footballer.

Played in an unfashionable position really, but class act.

Just mix up the dry ingredients in a bowl and gently heat the wet ingredients. Combine the two and bake in the oven on a low heat for 20 mins.
I make enough to last a week or so. Dry ingredients ~ ground almonds, dess.coconut, almond flakes, coconut chips, various seeds inc. pumpkin
sunflower and sesame, various nuts etc. I also add some milled flax and sometimes some hemp protein or something similar. Pinch of salt.
Wet ingredients ~ Coconut oil and nut butter (you can also add honey or maple syrup or agave syrup for a sweeter taste)
Mix the lot together then onto a baking tray or similar with some grease proof paper. Leave to cool.

    Proper food ;)
