I make my own Muesli/Granola which is ****ing ace. Gluten free, sugar free (no fruit). It's expensive to make compared to supermarket muck but it tastes great and is really good for me. I can make it close to 100% organic too.
Lahm retiring at end of season. Top full back and all round footballer. Played in an unfashionable position really, but class act.
Just mix up the dry ingredients in a bowl and gently heat the wet ingredients. Combine the two and bake in the oven on a low heat for 20 mins. I make enough to last a week or so. Dry ingredients ~ ground almonds, dess.coconut, almond flakes, coconut chips, various seeds inc. pumpkin sunflower and sesame, various nuts etc. I also add some milled flax and sometimes some hemp protein or something similar. Pinch of salt. Wet ingredients ~ Coconut oil and nut butter (you can also add honey or maple syrup or agave syrup for a sweeter taste) Mix the lot together then onto a baking tray or similar with some grease proof paper. Leave to cool. Proper food
