the look of a man who knows a secret who cant help smiling because he knows what the secret is. agreed its the same smile as before Ozil signed. perhaps Draxler is on route, and where did AW fly to the other day ?
 
These Draxler rumours are firming up, seems we've had a delegation in Germany for a while and if you believe the noise we'll sign him in this window, not the Summer.
 
Telegraph now reported we're close to signing a 30m deal. Player wants the move. Let's see.

If we sign Draxler Im going to be ecstatic. As I've said previously I think he's something really special.

I also think Wenger will do an RVP/Henry on him and move him inside.
 
Is it some sort of mass delusion or what? Arsenal are not signing Draxler. Wenger denies it, he even says HONESTLY, there is no deal, we do not need players in his position. And that is correct, we do not need players in his position. We need a striker now, not a guy who MAYBE, POTENTIALLY, in 3 years time, can become one. Paying £37 mln on a guy we do not really need and who will not even pass a medical because he is still nursing an injury, is madness. Shalke denies it. Yet fans are analysing Wenger's smiles, recirculate rumors and BELIEVE.
This is sheer madness, it is like believing in aliens, Aztec god Huitzilopochtli, or Christian god Jesus Christ, of a tooth fairy, of a Mountain Monkey God - against all evidence, all common sense.. just because we want to believe in it sooo much.. please please do not take away our dream... amazing. And after the transfer window will have closed fans will stay convinced that the deal was so close, that the smile was so telling, and it has not happened because Draxler was stuck in a traffic jam on the way to the airport, after the taxi driver got a heart attack having learned that the best midfielder that ever lived was leaving for London..
Wenger has denied that he was in Spain recently watching Barca - Levante match, yet some sites have posted pictures of him and Gazidis that "prove" he was there. Never mind Wenger looks much younger there... The culture of a transfer window mass delusion or TWMD is getting stronger and stronger every year. I seriously think that some regulation body must look into it and I wonder how long will we wait until the first law suit. I think one precedent of a bankrupt media outlet would be enough for it if not stop this madness, but at least become much more reasonable.
