Outsiders thought it was strange KLD/KS sacked Johnson despite being third, made a great appointment in Neil and nobody mentioned Johnson again. People thought we'd crumble when Neil left, club remained calm and appointed Mowbray despite many fans having reservations. I trust KLD and Speakman and believe this appointment will be a success.
Ipswich got criticism for sacking Paul Cook and even more for replacing him with an unproven manager in Kieran McKenna.
Similar with Boro with Wilder and Carrick.

Plenty of good young managers currently available. I’m excited to see who it is. They were meant to be interested in Jaissle in the summer too were they not? He went to Saudi iirc so both of the fellas at their top of their last back then we’ve no chance of.
