Tonda:

"We started off on a honeymoon here, it's very nice, but every marriage has some moments where it becomes a little bit more difficult, and now we need to grind it out together."

I would say we should forget counseling and just get a divorce.
We've had more spouses than Henry VIII, "off with his head!"

That's a novel idea, probably something he's brought over from Germany. Worth a try though, nothing else seems to be working. Team bonding and all that.

To be honest mate I find discussing line ups and formations pointless at the minute. We've a squad full of ****houses who lack bottle and we're going nowhere under this ownership.
I think that is very unfair on SR. We are going places and next season we can play Bolton and Mk Don's and all those lovely teams

Sack Tonda and replace with Lallana .
I agree in principle and I've said for a while that I think Lallana will make an excellent coach/manager one day and that I hope that would be with us, but I fear it is too early for him, especially under this shower and their conveyor belt of **** decisions. I also now think it would be unfair to give him this bunch of players.

Don’t get the Tonda hate tbh.

Not his fault at all. He’s been promoted way above his experience and was obviously just going to go for it.

It’s the club hierarchy that deserve the hate. And the players.

I absolutely hated Pellegrino; as he came in and lied about playing attractive football.
Tonda? He’s awful, but I don’t hate him at all.

Agree to a point. When he came in, he changed the way we played, to play to the strengths of the players we had and it worked (brilliantly) for a while. Then we got found out. Teams worked out how to play us and he has been completely unable to counter that and we are so predictable. Of course, the players have to take a large chunk of responsibility but the inability (and apparent refusal) to change is so frustrating. Also, he seems to be just the latest in a line of Managers that has his 'favourites'
