Way behind the Kiwi in the run whilst I was watching in gym....Got home, and he's standing on top of the podium with the Gold...Awesome.
I listened on Five Live the decibels of the commentators went up I dont know how many in the last 50 metres... really really inspiring... The young lady with the red hair Georgi Brayshaw I think was paralysed for one year down her left side after a riding accident.. just brilliant... they were saying , training 3 times a day, every 3rd Sunday off... and the best statement ever by one of the commentators... PRESSURE MAKES DIAMONDS,,.!!!
I was thinking if in some parallel universe that I had competed, would I want an individual gold or a team gold... I decided I'd like the team gold...
