Must be unprecedented , not only retaining the title, but the same 4 swimmers...

 

Murray and Evans just keep pulling that rabbit out the hat, through to quarter finals after saving 2 match points

 

Gold for 200m relays. Interesting to see that USA literally can't get gold in swimming after Phelps and Lochte, only 1 so far.

 

Awesome stuff again but Yee second so far in the triathlon x fingers

Amazing finish from Yee. My goodness did he deserve that.

 

Incredible win... Made up 14 seconds in 2km... Natural born winner and takes the baton from the Brownlees.

The UK's strength and ability to find and train elites in certain fields is outstanding. Just needs to persuade the uk media to stop trying to catch them out and being them down

 

And the 4 s in ladies sculls pipped the Dutch on the line from being half a boat behind 150 m from home - wow

 

What a finish in the woman’s rowing. Won it in the last metre, won by 0.1 sec. Wow!!

 

The UK is one of the few countries, alongside Scandinavian ones, that doesn't pay out athletes for medals, so even more impressive.

 

Way behind the Kiwi in the run whilst I was watching in gym....Got home, and he's standing on top of the podium with the Gold...Awesome.

 

I listened on Five Live the decibels of the commentators went up I dont know how many in the last 50 metres... really really inspiring... The young lady with the red hair Georgi Brayshaw I think was paralysed for one year down her left side after a riding accident.. just brilliant... they were saying , training 3 times a day, every 3rd Sunday off... and the best statement ever by one of the commentators... PRESSURE MAKES DIAMONDS,,.!!!

 

I was thinking if in some parallel universe that I had competed, would I want an individual gold or a team gold... I decided I'd like the team gold...

 

The bmxing is fun to watch
