Yes it seems like an obvious policy he has introduced. Personally I think is a good thing.

It makes sense, though as almost everyone is out injured, I'm not sure we're actually getting much of a benefit at the moment..

The last quarter of our last promotion season, he was probably our best player. He earnt the right to play in the premier League, must have been gutted. Lets hope for his sake he can return back to his previous form, which will inevitably mean he wont be playing for us next season.
