Exactly. I posted a mini survey that Bloomberg did in Sunderland, which voted heavily in favour of leave, to ask why people had voted as they did and how they felt about it now.
The gist of it was that most did not really have a clue what they were voting for, they just thought that it's got to be better than what they've got.
Whilst it's sad that some people legitimately feel that hopeless about their future, it's even sadder that most now realise that nothing has changed and nor is it liable to.
I get asked for my experience based opinion, and some mental patient thinks they know what I think better than I do.
