I am of the understanding from what I've been reading this confidentiality clause is actually against Hull FC, as it as been mentioned if Adam Pearson comments about it, it puts Hull FC at great risk of being kicked out of the stadium.

Do you think you know more about this than the Hull Daily Mail? If so, given that they are the ones who have actually interviewed people like Geraghty, Brady and the Allams, what sources have you got that are better?
As posted above what the HDM have printed is in fact that it is Hull FC that have imposed a confidentiality rule, not the SMC.
Any gagging order can be lifted if both parties agree, Ehab has already stated that he wants that to happen, it's down to Adam now.

As I said above the article in the Mail implied the gagging order was put in place by Hull FC not the SMC.
Confidentiality clauses, secrecy, they said that, he said the other. Pathetic.

Difficult to definitively answer that question.
Facts are tho, that whilst I expect us to pay more than Hull FC for use of the stadium as we have twice as many supporters, what I find galling is that they receive massive subsidies from Dr. Allam for policing, concessions and ticket sales to the sum of £310,000 a year and their moaning about the fact their being asked to pay a measly £10,000 a year for some flaming pictures.
I didn't realise they were THOSE sorts of pictures... Keep 'em down... Keep 'em down...
It's actually only the £300 for Mr Whiteley they're grumbling at. It's about £20 a game. A £1 voluntary surcharge for one game would cover it all. Problem is, their Club did that one game for a Charity and got dogs abuse for it.
Adam Pearson if he wanted to could get info out one way or the other. Its only their fans that are hiding behind this so called gagging clause. I dont give a flying **** for them after the ****e I,ve read on their board. Personnaly I,d like Assam Allam to buy the black and ****es and force them to play at CP then let em rot. They will fit in there after the 2k stand is finished If Rovers refuse ask for his million pound loan back pronto. Then either force his hand for the stadium or hand back the SMC, and let the council run it. Either way

A quick glance at some year old stuff seems to show both clubs owning the majority of the stadium with the Council holding the rest.
The Council sold the chairman a big percentage of the ground and 54 acres in the surrounding area for £2. So any thoughts about the Council not being able to sell seem inaccurate. It also looks like the football is subsidising the rugby there.
In 2009/10, Huddersfield Town paid £703,505.25 and the Giants £241,494.75.
I only had a quick look at one or two sites, so it's very possible some of the above is wrong or has changed.

2. Despite all the facts regarding money/payments being out in the open, Hull FC fans are still making anti-Allam comments and wishing City move to Melton. Do they not realise that they could not afford to pay the additional rent and would then effectively become homeless too? Does the council not realise this...? they lose one team, they lose them both.
3. The council come across as a bunch of 'mini-Hitler's' - they can't seem to allow anything to happen in the city without getting involved and having their own say/part control/part-power. When are they going to realise that they don't have any money?!! If they take over the SMC, I can see the KC becoming a dilapidated eyesore. I went to see Ed Sheeran at Hull Arena back in Novemeber - first time I'd been in there in a long while... there were a lot of areas in the arena that looked like they hadn't been touched since it was built!
4. Is Melton the only alternative to the KC? As it would have to be somewhere in East Riding control, although I don't like out-of-town stadiums; If it had to be, I'd choose somewhere near Kingswood. It makes it easier to add new support from Beverley, Driffield and Bridlington. The new Southern bypass of Beverley would be built by then too, which East Riding Council intend to have a park N'ride system, which could easily have buses going in the other direction to the stadium on matchdays. Also there is the current improvements to the A164, which make it a smooth and easy journey for people travelling from the West. Could even build a rail halt at the park N'ride, so people could hop of the train and straight onto a shuttle bus.

I wonder if anyone at the Guildhall has done the maths if City move out?

Is anyone prepared to pay a ransom or shall we do that as well? 
Would also prefer South Beverley/Kingswood.
Need to move to a better place for transport and this would suit, find the Walton Street area to much of a bottle neck.
Melton would be best area for the Academy on account of catchment area.
The concern for that location would be the additional distance away fans would have to travel. This might be an issue right now but it would be in the Prem with a bigger stadium.
By road it's not a problem, by train it's only the same as having to change trains at Manchester to get to Bolton, or for example, people going to Old Trafford having to get off the train and then get a tram/bus.
I think ease of access is more a priority to home supporters - I'm sure there are probably people out there who don't consider going to as many City games because of hassle to get to/from the stadium each game. It may seem silly, but probably true.
I know loads of people that live in the East Riding that will say "Oh I'm not going all the way into Hull", but will happily drive all the way to Kingswood to go shopping.
Away supporters will go where ever the stadium is - they've already travelled across the country to see their team, so a few extra miles/train change isn't going to stop them.
