Nowhere near. The last thing we want to be is a Sunderland rattling around in a stadium that is way beyond our capacity to fill it.

    32-35,000 would be fine.

Hull City give FC £90k + in free tickets. Why?

Presently for me to get there is the constant road works on Bricknell and Chants Ave. Usually park before Walton Street. If running late will park at the ground.
(Charged £3 when in the Championship but raised it to £5 when promoted to Premier, didn't reduce it back to £3 when relegated but that's another matter.)

Try to get out of carpark after the match - where is the stewarding/traffic cops - to busy chatting in West Park to help getting traffic out of Walton Street.

Try parking in HRI car park- straight down Rawling Way after the game and A63.

    Too tight? Try Argyle St.

I don't think any Brighton fans have problems with access to their stadium. they love it and I must admit i see a similar analogy at Brough as there is at Lewes.

I know, I'd prefer to stay at the KC. But IF it had to move outside the city boundary because the council have failed to co-operate with yet another businessman, then I'd say somewhere near to Kingswood (perhaps between the new southern Beverley bypass and the A1079) would be the best location for attracting new fans/maintaining regulars.

Pearson must be totally free to tell his clubs version of events to the media as the Allams and SMC have released statements , the council have also yapped , there is no confidentiality clause outside N.Korea that would be still valid.

I cant wait to see how this will all pan out , but i expect the Council will receive a take it or sell it offer with regards to the Stadium , they cannot take it back thats for sure .

for me, and many many more fans in the west hull villagesI, going to Brans'urm every week for home games would be a nightmare. I don't even own a pair of trainers or joggers let alone have a social security card to cross the river

If there was to be a new stadium(which I still don't believe there will be), then it will be to the west of Hull, there's no way they'd build it at Kingswood.

Access isn't good enough from the west of the city, with the amount of fans living to the west of Hull, along with the away fans, it wouldn't be practical at all.

I,m happy to stay were we are, its only a ten min walk away . Plus I think its the better site for redevelopment which its crying out for. It would be interesting if some one run a poll asking the hypothetical question if a new home out of the city was to be built would you support the decision or not regards travel.

For me travelling 5 or 6 miles to watch a game when there would be park and ride and likely train links as well is nothing to quibble about when considering what is best for the future of the club.

I love the KC stadium, we've had the most successful times in our history there. But the way our owners have been treated by the Council and our co-tenants, makes me now keen to move away. Personally, I want us to be our own masters again.

I think if we go up this season it WILL happen. Just one season in the Prem would be worth £150m. Even taking into account the hike in players wages, that would leave a significant chunk that could be used to attract co-investors like Tescos, Hilton, total Fitness etc, etc to pool together and build a brand new complex with the cooperation of ERYC in the elloughton / Brought area.

True, but they might consider it unnecessary to take it all back at once.

Well, best person to ask is Adam Pearson as he was head of SMC when both teams moved into the stadium.

Does anyone know if City get any sort of freebies in the agreement with the SMC?

Yes we get to show our pictures of legends like Dean Windass for free. Quite kind of the Allams to allow that if I'm honest, it's a nice gesture.

There's nowt wrong with the folk from Bransholme even if most of them are eggchasers - in any event there's no available land at Kingswood anyway and if there were the residents would be against it.

Do tell Mussie where do you live now that you feel so superior to the east side of the city?

Oh and by west Hull villages I guess you mean the west Hull suburbs of Hessle Willerby Anlaby Kirkella and Cott?

What about Middledyke lane? Or anywhere on the patch between Orchard, Dunswell, Cott and the bypass?

Away fans breeeze in down the relief road to the caravan place, access North east and west...

I didn't literally mean smack bang in the middle of Kingswood, hence using the 'to be built' southern bypass of Beverley as an example of location. In between the A1079 and Long Lane area.

...On another note: all the FC fans on the RL forum saying the sports arena has lost all it's tenants are wrong: It seems Hull Wasps left and were replaced by Kingston Panthers, who have randomly started taking on players from higher divisions and are entering the national league this upcoming season.... I wonder if Assem has thrown a bit of money their way as an investment in another local sports team?
