So it all boils down to the fact that AL lacks a bit of tact perhaps. He's a great footballer but lacking in the social graces.
So what are you saying Lallana should have done?
But he's a professional footballer playing in a greed league. To expect "class", "decency", or "loyalty" from him or any other (and maybe Lambert is a welcome exception cos he's older) is as if you get angry about the behaviour of characters in soap operas.

Rickie is brilliant.
I love him.
Young guys brought up through club.
Mind you so was Lallana so that kinda doesn't help.
Any truth in the rumours of him having his head turned while playing for England?
Rickie speaking to Fox Sports - says that players decided to leave when Mauricio wasn't retained as First Team Manager.

It kind of suggests in a way that they never really held Adkins in such high regard. Poor Nige.
The plot thickens...I wish MP, Rickie or one of the others would just come out and say why they all decided to go without all these little hints and innuendoes
Then we could decide for ourselves whether KL and the board are to blame or MP and the want away players
One day someone will come out and say it as it is
They didn't. We knew that.
He was a great manager up to Premiership level for us, but that was a step too far for him. He's a good Championship level manager, just as Billy Sharp is a decent Championship level striker. The endless nostalgic wish for both to be something different is slightly baffling!
Might be easier for the likes of me and you to accept because we found Nigel quite annoying while everyone else bought into his catchphrases.
