Team V Tottenham

Boom there’s is the cross I’ve been on about for the whole game and guess what a striker with instinct is there to put it away

Just not good enough. We are ok in spells but overall not good enough. Lack conviction going forwards. Vardy showed yet again why he has to play

The peno was a shambles. No one really wanted it so Vardy took it. Wasnt even a peno

Puel yet again costs us with his tactics. Negative from the start

We created more chances in the first half them any team have vs Spurs this season - how was that negative?

I agree Vardy should have started but we certainly weren’t negative. Care to say why it’s Puels fault that Barnes missed a hattrick of sitters, Vardy misses the pen and Lloris pulls off save after save

Line up next time our needs to be

Schmeichel
Ricardo Evans Maguire Chilwell
Tielemans Ndidi
Gray/Ghezzal Maddison Barnes
Vardy

First half when we created attacks no one was playing as a striker. Gray drifted out wide. Had Barnes chances fell to Vardy we would have won

We were crying out for someone to take up the position Vardy did for his goal. However that is down to the bizarre selection but the performance on the pitch was not at all negative

Well the performances are an improvement on the dross that was Cardiff, Southampton and Newport.

Lets not sugar coat it though, Man U and Spurs never came out of second gear to beat us.

Just need to start picking a consistent team that can learn each others movements.

On the other had he wouldn't have been involved as Gray was in the build up of those chances.

Either way it isn't good that we are almost solely dependant on one player to score for us - especially if he has pissed off the manager.

There was nothing wrong with the players. It was how we set up which was negative. Gray got in the box once all game with that header he should have scored

And bringing Iheanacho on to play on the wing is a joke. The lad is a striker. Give him a fair chance in his proper position.

No offence but that is bollocks mate - we pushed both Man Utd and Spurs to the limit.

Proud - That was not a negative performance. We missed chance after chance and on another day we would have scored 6. Yes, perhaps a little bizzare not to start with Vardy. You obviously hate Puel so much (and that is your opinion) but if he sh*t a gold bar, you would moan that it wasn't big enough!!!
