Yep, no doubt people hear things and those can often change.

Fishpaste has been wrong far too many times to be taken as reliable. Constantly posts negative stories too because they get more attention.
Clicky McClickbait that lad. Don't doubt he gets bits of info, but seems to revel in the negative stories and the "abuse" he claims he will get by posting them

My very very limited knowledge of agents.
I am assuming like a club you are only signed to them for a year or two. What percentage does an agent take? Why don't clubs tell players that this is the offer tell ya agent to fk off and the offer is this %age more.
Like I say prepared to be shot down in flames but some agents need twatting.

Did that with work (very very less money involved). They offered me a wage. I asked how much they were giving to agency. I said I would have that and told agency I didn't get the job. Extremely small win for me but a win nonetheless

Sadly agents are part and parcel of the modern game - no getting rid of them now. Largely they seem to facilitate moves and take a large fee from the buying club together with a % of the player's earnings. A lot of players let their agents do all the talking and negotiating for them. A lot of them believe everything their agent tells them too

Whilst Fishpaste's titles are clickbait he's got a canny bit right this season, especially with the contracts. Obviously has a contact close to the club. Calling him ****epaste etc. is just embarrassing. Even Fabrizio Romano gets things wrong, would be ridiculous to say he doesn't get info.

The only agent I know says the players hide behind them and blame their agent for anything unpleasant. ...

... makes sense tbh.

Tbh for anyone serious, calling themselves Captain Fishpaste is pretty embarrassing imo.

The suggestion by Fishpaste that club wouldn't sort contact for Roberts until after window, going into last year makes no sense. Surely we'd want it sorted beforehand so could cash in if he didn't want to extend? If he stays then refuses new contract we're screwed in terms of lost transfer fee.

Right, as it stands...

Ross Stewart wants to go to Southampton.

Sunderland will only green light the move for Stewart to Southampton IF we can sign Cannon from Everton.

All three clubs know what's needed for these moves to happen and monies to be moved around.

That is all I was told from a reliable source.

Dont shoot the messenger.

Wick.

Sunderland hold all the cards and there's very little time for silly games.
